Product Description
On the ruthless and rugged Alaskan coast, the Chugach people lived for centuries thanks to fishing and hunting. With respect to the resilience of these Alaskan natives, Gil Hibben designed the Hibben Chugach hunting knife to be the right tool you won't leave home without. Now, this special edition is made from unique premium materials.
The polished blade is made of German steel 1.4116. This premium stainless steel has a hardness of 56-58 HRC and the ability to retain its edge far beyond more common stainless steels, making it ideal for a knife designed for skinning wild game. The handle made of stag horn is connected to the blade with brass pins. The guard is made of polished brass, which will develop a beautiful patina over time and with repeated use. There is a lanyard hole at the end of the handle.
The knife comes with a leather belt sheath.
