KA-BAR 1213 is a more modern version of the legendary 1217, with an improved handle made of kraton. Kraton feels like rubber to the touch and provides excellent grip. The handle is comfortable in any conditions.

In 1942, the model 1217 was selected by the USMC as the standard combat knife for the Marine Corps. Since then, this knife has been a part of the standard equipment of many soldiers. The knife is large and feels very sturdy. The handle has an improved guard to ensure that your hand does not slip onto the razor-sharp edge during demanding use. The blade is made of carbon steel 1095. However, this steel itself is not corrosion resistant. The blade is improved with black coating to make maintenance easier.

KA-BAR 1213 comes with a Kydex sheath so you can easily carry it with you.
