The factory was named after a stone statue of a lion standing in front of the building and the material from which the knives are made. In the late nineties, three sons of the founder, John Daniel and Maximus, also joined the business. Currently, the company sells its products not only in Europe but also in the USA. It focuses on producing knives of the highest quality. The company's philosophy is to deliver knives made exclusively in Italy. None of the knives or their components are made in Asia.
