Marttiini knives are manufactured in the city of Rovaniemi, where Janno Marttiini founded a factory for the production of these beautiful knives in 1928. Nordic knives Marttiini combine traditional materials and craftsmanship with modern technologies in production. Quality stainless steel with a hardness of 55-57 HRC, carbon steel carbinox T508 with a hardness of 56-57 HRC, or beautiful blades made of damascus steel, which are folded up to 120 times, are used in blade production. For the handles, Marttini most commonly uses natural material from Finland such as curly birch or classic birch. Modern materials such as rubber compound are also used for hunting and fishing knives for easier maintenance. Nordic knives Marttiini are popular and sought after among hunters, fishermen, tourists, as well as knife collectors.
