Once turned on, press the button to switch between lighting modes. You can adjust the brightness of the light with a rotary switch.

The LR40 is equipped with a 4,000 mAh Li-ion battery. You can charge it with the included USB-C charger. The LR40 also has a USB-A connector for charging smartphones and small electronic devices. When fully charged, the LR40 has a maximum lighting time of 65 hours. The battery indicator on the lamp's head shows how much battery you have left. Four dots mean 100%, three dots mean 75%, two dots mean 50%, and one dot means 25%.
