Blade Material: The blade is made from Cryo 4116 steel, a medium-carbon German steel known for its reliability. This steel is commonly used for hygienic tools in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as for kitchen knives and tools in the food industry. It offers good corrosion resistance, toughness, and edge retention, with a hardness rating of 58-60 HRC.
Handle: The handle is crafted from GRN material and features an all-around texture that ensures a secure grip, whether used with gloves or bare hands, and in nearly all weather conditions. The handle also includes a loop that doubles as a glass breaker.
