3-piece knife set Wüsthof Classic Ikon includes a 20 cm chef's knife for larger tasks, a 16 cm knife for average tasks, and a 9 cm utility knife for all small tasks in the kitchen. All three knives are enhanced with a cream-colored handle.
Just like in other Wüsthof collections, the blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, which has been sharpened by the PEtec method and hand-polished. This type of steel is also easy to sharpen.
The handle is made of durable POM. It is resistant to impact, heat, and acids, and is easy to clean. Ideal for kitchen knives. The blade steel runs through the entire handle. This is not just a sturdy connection; it also provides excellent balance. In combination with the ergonomic shape, this knife is easy to hold in the hand.
