The Böker Damascus Olive kitchen knife series combines traditional Japanese handles made of olive wood with sharp blades made of stainless damascus steel with 37 layers that feature a beautiful pattern. The core of the blade is made of high-performance VG-10 steel. The remarkable sharpness of the knives makes cooking an experience. The Japanese handle design with a matte stainless steel bolster gives this line a special character.
