Product Description
Zero Tolerance 0006 is a robust and large knife designed for survival. It is a typical knife from Zero Tolerance that we have become accustomed to using. It was designed for use in survival, camping, or professional use. Model 0006 was inspired by the ZT-9 bayonet, originally created by Mick Strider. The name 0006 is therefore derived from the 6-inch blade of this ZT-9.
The Full Tang blade is made of CPM 3V steel, which is extremely durable and strong. It is an American type of steel that holds its sharpness well and is easily sharpened. However, one should be careful of acids, salt, and moisture, as CPM 3V is not completely stainless. However, Zero Tolerance has solved this problem with an elegant dark gray Cerakote coating.
The handle is made of olive green G10 material with large grooves that provide extra grip. The handle's guard and pommel are made of stainless steel with a sandblasted surface finish. This surface finish beautifully enhances the guard and pommel. They are excellently crafted.
The sheath is made of Kydex. The knife securely and firmly snaps into the sheath. The loop with a push pin ensures safe storage of the knife in the sheath. The sheath has cutouts, so it is possible to attach the knife to a backpack or MOLLE vest.
