A solid blade made of a chrome, molybdenum, and vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), which is perfect for making premium kitchen knives, is hand-forged by Solingen craftsmen, structurally optimized, and then hardened to 58 HRC. To give the blade a longer lifespan and an even finer cutting edge, our traditional hand grinder is highly polished.
The forged bolster ensures a secure grip and protects the user from possible injury in case of slipping. The special feature of the design of all knives in this series is the gently curved spine. This makes the knife lightweight and easy to handle in any position and prevents uncomfortable pressure on the hand - even when strong pressure is applied to the spine, for example when making a rock cut. Beautifully patterned and perfectly balanced walnut handles complete the cohesive and attractive appearance.
