The knives in this set are made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with an excellent ratio of chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium. They are balanced and thanks to the handle design, they fit perfectly in the hand. The black handles made of high-quality special plastic are permanently and precisely connected to the blade with three stainless steel rivets.
The blade design with a finger guard allows for easy and, above all, safe sharpening. With regular maintenance and proper care, these knives will last a very long time.
