Fällkniven knife K2 also called White Whale is a santoku knife, which is most ideal for vegetables, precisely because of its blade shape, which is made of laminated VG-10 steel and runs through the entire knife, i.e. it is full-tang. The handle is ergonomic and durable made of Thermorun with a hole for a string. It is not suitable for cutting bones or frozen foods.
