Higonokami Kiri - Coutauu Japanis - Gaucher Kiri -G

Higonokami KIRI, a traditional Japanese knife with a fixed blade and an ultra-thin profile (barely 2 mm). It is used in carpentry and other crafts where extra precise cuts are needed. Version designed for left-handers.

The blade in the style of a skewed chisel is made of high-quality Japanese steel known as "blue paper steel". The simple brass handle is complemented by a cover to protect the blade.
