Product Description
Kershaw K-1782X Santoku kitchen knife is a superb substitute for a traditional chef's knife. The Santoku design is derived from the classic Japanese vegetable knife. This versatile, medium-sized kitchen tool is characterized by its broad blade and convenient size, making it perfect for cutting meats and vegetables.
The blade is crafted from stainless steel 1.4116 with a horizontal satin brushed finish. It features a hand-sharpened 16° double-bevel edge (32° total) that is exceptionally sharp. Additionally, the blade includes hollow-ground indentations, known as a granton edge, to facilitate easier food release.
The black polypropylene handle provides a comfortable and secure grip.
