Product Description

Swordfish Titanium / Copper Carbon Fiber, is a pearlescent folding knife from the emerging Remette Knives factory, showcasing innovative design engineering. The Gravity OTF (Out The Front) Blade extends forward using gravity, inspired by the Luftwaffe gravity air knife, famously used by German paratroopers. The blade can be intuitively extended or retracted with one hand, utilizing top-tier materials like Böhler M390 blade steel and a titanium handle, all reflecting the exceptional quality of the Remette brand. M390 - This is a high-performance martensitic chrome steel made through powder metallurgy. Its alloy composition provides exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, maintaining a sharp edge for extended periods with minimal upkeep. It also resists forming a "wire" edge during sharpening. The steel contains 20.0% chromium (Cr), 1.9% carbon (C), and 4.0% vanadium (V), with a hardness of 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels and is produced by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria. Blade - The blade is machine-ground in a Clip Point style with a single-sided sharpened edge, finished by hand using the Manual Fine Grinding Pearlescent Surface Effect + Manual Wire Drawing Effect method for a striking appearance. The spine extends along the cutting edge, tapering to a needle-sharp tip. The blade's thickness ensures strength, while the high, flat grind offers excellent cutting geometry and performance. The blade can be adjusted for left-handed users by unscrewing a few screws and rotating it 180 degrees. It locks mechanically by snapping grips on the top and bottom. Handle - Crafted from titanium using CNC milling, the handle features a three-dimensional texture. Chamfered edges eliminate sharpness, and the Carbon Fiber composite inlay with copper strands adds a luxurious feel and enhances grip security. On the right side, there's a stylish slide for blade operation. A single-position titanium deep-carry clip (right) allows discreet pocket carry in a tip-down position. Additional accessories - Includes a leather sheath for carrying and storing the knife.
