The Roselli Fillet knife is a kitchen knife suitable for precisely trimming meat from bones. Its design is based on traditional work knives that can easily handle tasks both in the wilderness and at home.

The blade is made of forged carbon steel. The handle is made of curly birch, treated with linseed oil, ensuring a firm grip even in wet conditions. The knife is produced, sharpened, and hand-finished in the Finnish town of Harmoinen. Therefore, each product is unique. Patterns and texture of natural materials may vary.
