Product Description

The WUSTHOF Classic Ikon Creme knife, with its 20 cm blade length and narrow shape, is suitable for slicing ham, meat, or fish.

Similar to other knife series from WUSTHOF, this range also has blades made of X50CrMoV15 steel. This stainless steel can withstand anything it encounters in the kitchen, holds its edge well, and is easy to maintain. Just a few strokes with a sharpening stone or steel and the knife is ready again.

The transition between the blade and handle is designed to protect your fingers while allowing you to sharpen and use the full length of the blade.

The elegant white handle is made of a very durable material called POM. It is resistant to heat, shocks, and acids, and is easy to keep clean. This material is ideal for the kitchen environment. It is ergonomically shaped and tightly secured to the blade with three rivets.
