Produsul este cel din descriere, mai putin lipsa descrierea ca simuleaza o granulatie de 800. As fi preferat cel de 1500, intrucat este prea dur pentru cutitele chef. Mai potrivit pentru ascutirea (functioneaza ca o piatra de ascutire, nu ca un masat clasic) cutitelor mai putin pretentioase. Nu l-as folosi pentru Wusthof classic chef. L-as fi schimbat insa l-am folosit la 2 cutite. Serviciile celor de la knifestoc exemplare, pretul foarte bun. Multumesc, recomand cu placere.
