The Wüsthof Gourmet Paring Knife 8 cm is a compact yet versatile tool featuring a slender blade and a smooth cutting edge. While the other knife's blade tapers to a sharp point, this paring knife boasts a curved tip. The pointed blade facilitates piercing, which can be both advantageous and disadvantageous.
