Product Description
This Wüsthof Gourmet tomato knife is not only intended for slicing tomatoes. It is the perfect companion for preparing lunch or late brunch. Thanks to its fine serration, this knife not only cleanly cuts bread without tearing it, but also handles other vegetables, fruits, or dry cured meats.
The blade is made from one piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and hardened up to 56 Rockwell. The result is a blade that retains its sharpness longer compared to other brands in the same price range. The polypropylene handle is attached to the blade using rivets. The ergonomic shape comfortably fits in the hand, allowing you to continue working without straining your hands. The knives are NSF certified and can be used in a professional kitchen.
Although these kitchen knives are dishwasher safe, we recommend cleaning them by hand.
