Product Description

Versatile tool for most kitchen tasks, for various cutting and gripping techniques. With this knife, you can cut meat, fruits, vegetables, herbs, or crush garlic. The wide blade allows for quickly transferring the chopped ingredients into the pot. The blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel with a DLC (diamond-like carbon) surface treatment, which is extremely hard and durable. Thanks to low friction and the lotus effect, particles simply slide off the surface. Thanks to the hydrophobic effect, all liquids easily drain off, including citrus acids, as well as fats and starches. Simply wipe the blade after each use and it will shine like new. The powerful DLC technology is complemented by the innovative non-slip Hexagon Power Grip handle. The Hexagon Power Grip consists of polyamide reinforced with glass fibers. The knife is dishwasher safe.
