With the steel, you ensure that the knives are perfectly sharp and always ready for the next job! This set does not come with a knife block.

Like other Wüsthof collections, the blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, sharpened using the PEtec method and hand-polished. This type of steel is also easy to sharpen.

The ergonomic handle is made of black POM, a very durable type of plastic. The handle is resistant to all substances found in the kitchen. The handle is traditionally and seamlessly riveted to the blade with three rivets. Therefore, dirt can never accumulate between the blade and the handle.
