A solid blade made from a chrome, molybdenum, and vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), which is perfect for making premium kitchen knives, is hand-forged by Solingen craftsmanship, structurally optimized, and then hardened to 58 HRC. To give the blade a longer lifespan and even smoother cutting, our traditional hand grinder is highly polished.

The forged bolster ensures a secure grip and protects the user from possible injury in case of slipping. The special feature of the design of all knives in this series is the gently curved spine. This makes the knife lightweight and easy to handle in any position and prevents uncomfortable pressure on the hand - even when strong pressure is exerted on the spine, for example when performing a rocking motion.
