The Fällkniven Sierra knife belongs to the range of exclusive chef knives from Fällkniven, combining 30 years of knife production experience. The blade is made of laminated cobalt steel lam. CoS and features a convex grind, providing excellent cutting properties. It is a full-tang knife - the blade runs through the entire knife. The handle is made of chestnut Micarta.

When using this knife, care should be taken not to use it for chopping frozen meat and bones, as this could negatively affect even such exclusive and durable steel. The knife should not be placed in the dishwasher, but rather washed by hand and dried before placing it back in the sheath.
