Product Description
KERSHAW K-1259X 9" CLEARWATER FILLET (22.9 cm)
This model is ideal for light fillets from larger fish.
The blade is made of Japanese 420J2 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and highly flexible. This makes it easier to process fish. This "softer" steel allows the blade to bend without breaking, making it easy to move through the fish's body.
The handle is shaped to fit well in the hand, even in wet conditions. The neon highlights on the handle make it easy to identify the knife in difficult working conditions in a coastal environment.
The co-polymer material used for the handle provides excellent flexibility and grip during work. The handle guard increases safety during handling. The knife comes with a sheath.
The product is packaged in a blister pack.
