Morality, diligence, and humility were the basic ideals of the eternal samurai. Boker Magnum, as a tribute to the famous warriors of feudal Japan, presents the Yoshida Katana Dark Blue sword. Many elaborate details adorn this decorative sword and bring forth the spirit of the samurai. The blade, made of stainless carbon steel, features traditional bo-hi (a hollow groove), and the classic tsuba guard is also made of steel. Decorative rivets (menuki) on the handle under the wrap, as well as the black wrap (tsuka-ito), complete the overall impression of the sword. The scabbard (saya) is adorned with a powerful dragon and a typical Sageo wrap for attaching it to a belt.
