Good sword, I really like it, very well balanced, come sharp right out of the box. Good retention inside scabbard. Mine came with a broken tip and some marks on the guard and scabbard, right out of the box, but nothing serious a file and some sandpaper couldn't fix, if you don't care about edge sharpness of the tip. Pros: - Great steel and temper; - Very well balanced and quite nimble in the hand; - Solid fit for the guard and hilt; - Sharp right out of the box; - Good value for the money. Cons: - If you have big hands the hilt may seem a bit too thin in the hands if you don't wear gloves. With gloves feels good; - The leather wrap on the hilt could use a tighter fit, as it is now don't seems to be a problem, I hope remains that way in the future after some use; - As a personal preference, I would happily trade some weight for a slightly less flexible blade and a wider profile that will finish in a convex tip, rather than this secondary bevel tip style. But I understand that this is a matter of personal taste more than a con for others. Other than that I highly recommend this sword and the store!
