Cold Steel German Long Sword 88HTB
Product Description
The era of the longsword lasted for almost three centuries (approximately 1350 to 1650). It was undoubtedly because it was truly functional! It was characterized by a prominent crossguard and a long double-edged blade. It was equally effective in combat against both lightly and heavily armored enemies. Its extra-long blade offered reach and leverage for powerful thrusting, cutting, and slashing attacks, while the long guard and heavy pommel were useful for hooking, striking, and smashing. Cold Steel was inspired by this brutal weapon and created their own version to bring you the atmosphere of a real medieval battle.
The blade is made of high-quality 1060 carbon steel with a polished surface finish. An elegant steel guard in the shape of the letter "S" and a pommel balance the blade. The smooth handle is made of durable leather.
The sword comes with a hand-stitched leather sheath with embossing.
